Antler IT is seeking an individuals to who is eager to learn new tech and tools with us. Also to assist in-house/remote staff and customers on technical inquiries. Manage maintain internal network infrastructure, with the IT staff members keeping minimum downtimes. About Role
- Provide online, offline support to customers, users and staff of Antler on Cloud, Network infrastructure and related IT inquiries.
- Work with IT Team to Manage and maintain Cloud and Local Network infrastructure.
Must Have
- Undergraduates or Students who are interested in IT or following related courses or modules.
- Understanding on Cloud, LAN, WAN and Wireless technologies.
- Understanding of Windows and Linux Client/Server Operating Systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Basic programming or web development knowledge.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team.
