Business Development Executive

Antler IT Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Our solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, presenting Odoo ERP solutions, and closing sales to help organizations improve their business processes through ERP implementation

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of Odoo ERP to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical and implementation team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on Solution features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Must Have

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in IT/Software/ERP sales (Odoo experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and ERP solutions.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, SaaS, or business software will be an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.)
  • Knowledge on Google and Microsoft offerings
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills
