Antler IT Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell Our solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, presenting Odoo ERP, Google and Microsoft solutions, and closing sales to help organizations improve their business processes through implementation
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
- Lead generation, Sales Pipeline Management and Closing deals.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track metrics and CRM to ensure targets are met.
- Stay updated on Solution features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Must Have
- 2+ years in Marketing/Sales in the industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
- Experience in ERP sales is a plus.
- Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field will have an advantage.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP
- Knowledge on Google and Microsoft offerings
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills
